We have made a ‘quick & dirty’ analysis of the amount of requirements per project for a selection of construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, industrial structures). What we saw is that the number of requirements relates to the project’s scope, type of tender, phasing and the target group of the requirements. We have explained our findings in a Linkedin article.
