Together with LOGO InfraConsult GmbH, we participated in the SCHULBAU Frankfurt 2026, where we presented a new approach to architectural programming (Bedarfsplanung) and room data sheets (Raumprogrammierung / Raumbuch) for school projects.
During the event, we demonstrated how a structured and digital methodology can support clients, planners, and consultants in defining and managing requirements more effectively. Central to this approach is the integration of requirements with BIM, enabling a consistent link between the client’s brief and the design model.
The strong interest and valuable discussions at the event confirmed that the need for a more transparent and model-based approach to requirements management is growing—particularly in complex school building projects and the aim of standardizing requirements for projects.
