He is one of the developers of BriefBuilderan award-winning software tool for requirements management in complex construction projects. As a consultant, Juriaan has worked on a diversity of projects, ranging from offices and schools to hospitals and labs, across the world. He is a guest lecturer at various technical universities and has (co)authored several books on his area of expertise, including Planning Office Spaces (2010), Workplaces Today (2015) and The activity-based working practice guide (2020).Kjersti Bjrkeng StrdalKjersti Bjrkeng Strdal has a PhD in Organizational Change from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She is an award winning researcher who has conducted research into the relation between physical space and organizational practices. She previously headed the design firm Gottlieb Paludan Architects in Trondheim where she applied her expertise in major construction projects such as the new Norwegian Government offices in Oslo, the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, and the Ocean Space Center in Trondheim. Kjersti is currently back at NTNU where she is responsible for all user involvement activities in relation to the (re)development of the universitys campus, which is aimed at around 40,000 users (staff and students) and encompasses a total of 91,000 sqm (GFA).272'
